We are located on the third floor of the Notre Dame Pavilion, across from Catholic Medical Center. Ample parking, including handicap parking and a free valet service, is available in the parking garage connected to Notre Dame Pavilion.

The Surgical Care Group at CMC offers telehealth visits for both established and new patients. If a telehealth visit is not appropriate, our providers will work with you to coordinate appropriate care.
