RN Float Pool staff

Your flexibility, expertise and experience will pay off at CMC! Highly-experienced candidates can earn up to $10 an hour on top of base salary on our Med Surg and Telemetry units. Our Float Pool program also offers self-scheduling, participation in annual professional recognition program (PRP), and reimbursement for professional organization memberships and specialty certifications. Some holiday and weekend shifts required.

Hospital Expansion

Plans include a new building to house state-of-the-art facilities for the New England Heart & Vascular Institute, up to 90 private patient rooms enabling the hospital to operate its full existing 330-bed license, six additional operating suites, and a larger, upgraded Emergency Department.
