Primary care covers a range of prevention and treatment options for common illnesses and supports patients in maintaining wellness. Primary care providers include doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are prepared to maintain a long-term relationship with you, advising and treating you on a range of health-related issues and concerns. They may also coordinate your care with specialists.
From regular checkups and preventative care to specialized treatment of complex illnesses and injuries, CMC Primary Care patients can feel secure knowing they’re connected to the entire CMC family of medical expert providers and specialists.
