Manchester, a city with an impressive past, is sailing into a great future on the winds of reinvention and restoration. The beautiful Merrimack River flows through a city whose prized assets include historic landmarks and cultural institutions, a thriving downtown and exciting 21st-century technologies and architecture.

From the dazzling, 10,000-seat arena downtown, to the stylish Millyard district, Manchester is a renaissance city. Just an hour's drive from Boston, this most livable city is also served by the very convenient Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

With several colleges, museums, a minor-league sports team and vibrant neighborhoods, Manchester is the place to enjoy life. And that New England beauty you've heard so much about? It's all here—breathtaking autumn colors, pristine Atlantic beaches, charming country inns and the majestic White Mountains are all less than a 45-minute drive. It's no wonder that year after year, Manchester is named one of America's best places to live.
