Better Together

Here for good

At CMC we are committed to supporting the community who has supported us for nearly fifty years. We stand together with our patients, employees and volunteers to support our community through the contribution of time, resources and expertise—we are committed to making a difference in the lives of local residents and their families.

Community Outreach

Community Emergency Drills
Our Emergency Department staff participate in vital training sessions to provide care during times of crisis. The hands-on training of a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) drill are important to improve a multi-agency response to a major incident.

Runners Safety

Our Emergency Department team staffs the medical stations along the route of the annual CMC Manchester City Marathon I Half I Relay  & 5K event. This annual event draws nearly 2,000 runners from 48 states and thanks to our ED team along with EMS, fire and police partners, the runners are in good hands each year.

Spreading holiday joy
Employees & volunteers generously donate gifts for local children to Toys for Tots each year by participating in the NH State Police Troopers' Stuff-a-Cruiser program.
Day of Caring
Each year CMC employees graciously donate their time to Granite United Way's annual Day of Caring. This community-wide effort connects volunteers with local nonprofits in their community to complete a wish list project.

Memorial Service
We are honored to recognize Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day annually at Veteran's Memorial Park in Manchester to honor and remember of all those who've died in our community during the year as a result of being homeless.

Reach Out and Read
Dr. Jennifer Packard, of Bedford Center Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, shares her love and the importance of reading with her patients. CMC Primary Care is a proud participant in the national Reach Out and Read program, which provides free books at each wellness visit for our youngest patients to take home.

Hearts & Hands scholarship
We’re proud to partner with the Diocese of Manchester's Catholic Schools to offer an annual scholarship to two students who have made a significant contribution or impact in their community. The Hearts & Hands scholarship is available for students entering grade 7-12 at any diocesan Catholic school in NH.

Gift of Heart
Gift of Heart is an annual campaign that many CMC employees contribute to improve the health and well-being of our community, our patients, our hospital and our coworkers.
