The state of NH announced that residents 65 and older and those who are medically at risk will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine beginning January 26. At this time, we are not yet able to verify eligibility or register patients for vaccine appointments. If you do not have a CMC primary care provider, please call the state 2-1-1 hotline to inquire about public clinics or general vaccine information. Please continue to visit our COVID-19 vaccine page for updated information.
