Dr. Packard is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She practices medicine at CMC's Family Health & Wellness Center in Bedford. She enjoys serving as a primary care physician to patients of all ages in the community that she lives.

Dr. Packard earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Biomedical Ethics from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She received her master of science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and her medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency training at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware and Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware. 

Dr. Packard and her husband have been married for fifteen years and have two sons. She enjoys reading and playing soccer although she currently spends more time watching her sons play soccer! She belongs to Ste. Marie Parish in Manchester.
