Life after an ostomy presents unique challenges—both seen and unseen. CMC’s free Ostomy Support Group is here to help you navigate the changes you’re experiencing with compassion and expertise. Join others on the journey in a safe, caring place. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month from 5-6 PM at 195 McGregor Street, Manchester. to explore movement and music in a safe and creative environment. This class is free.

The Yoga & Mindfulness class is designed for those with a current or previous cancer diagnosis, which does not require any previous yoga experience, will teach you management of the breath and mind, as well as restorative seated movements. learn more>
