Outpatient Rehabilitation Services at Dartmouth Commons
is a state-of-the-art facility in Manchester offering comprehensive care. Our multidisciplinary treatment team, coordinated by a physiatrist, assists you in achieving the highest level of function at home, work and in the community. The professional staff includes:

  • Nurse case manager–to provide a complete range of individually tailored programs.

    Our specialized Community Re-Entry Program is for those recovering from a brain injury or other neurological injury. Stroke and neurological patients now have access to the newest rehabilitation therapies to help regain mobility, from grasping objects to walking with a more functional gait.
