Important Information:
Mom’s Place & Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Family Suites

Please note that these new guidelines are subject to change if necessary.

Support people/visitor will not be permitted onto The Mom’s Place or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Family Suites if they have symptoms of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, loss of smell or taste, headache, vomiting and diarrhea) or if they were recently exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID-19
Patients will be tested for COVID if they have symptoms of illness.
You are welcome to have three support people accompany you during labor/birth in addition to your significant other/partner (for a total of three people). It must be the same two support people during labor/birth.
After birth and recovery (typically two hours postpartum), visiting hours are 10 AM–12 PM and 4–6 PM.
Siblings of the newborn are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult.
One support person may spend the night before and after birth (must be on unit by 10 PM) on the Mom’s Place. Two support persons may spend the night with the baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Family Care Suites.
Please enter the hospital through the main entrance. If you are arriving between 9 PM–5:30 AM please enter through the Emergency Department.
Free valet parking is available weekdays at the main entrance.

These guidelines can be changed or adjusted at any time based on individual situations.
