Letter to CMC Primary & Specialty Care Patients

In addition to preparing our practices for you, we have also been expanding the availability of telehealth. This may be the preferred option for some patients. Depending on your specific circumstance and clinical needs, your physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant may be able to see you in a video visit.
Emergency & Urgent Care
CMC’s Emergency Department and Urgent Care are open to meet your immediate healthcare needs.

Important Information about Birthing

at The Mom’s Place

Due to the pandemic it has been necessary for us to make changes to our birthing policies to keep our patients and staff safe.

A doctor visit from the comfort of your home

As we respond to the coronavirus disease, we are making it easier—and safer—to get care. For appointments that don’t require a physical examination, CMC Primary Care is now offering telehealth visits by either video or telephone.

Don't Delay

Important Screenings

“It can be confusing to know what is best and safe after months of stay at home orders,” says CMC gastroenterologist, Dr. Hatem Shoukeir. “However, colorectal cancer screenings are essential to keep you healthy. In fact, delaying them due to fears of contracting COVID-19 can actually cause more harm than good. Colon cancer is highly treatable, especially when caught early.” Call CMC’s NH Gastroenterology to schedule an appointment:
