Yvon R. Baribeau, MD, FACS

Yvon R. Baribeau, MD, FACS, is a graduate of the University of Montreal, Canada. He completed his residency at the University of Montreal and his fellowships at the University of Toronto and the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Baribeau is Board certified in general surgery, and Cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Canadian Cardiovascular Society, Canadian Medical Association, and the Professional Corporation of Physicians of Quebec, Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery. Stratton Danes, MD, FACS
Dr. Stratton Danes is American Board certified in vascular surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate in Syracuse, NY and completed his surgical residency at New York University.  Dr. Danes finished a two year fellowship in Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at Unviversity Connecticut at Hartford Hospital. He has worked at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Before joining CMC he was at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, New York where he was involved in the creation of the Columbia-Bassett Medical School and served as clerkship director of surgery. Patricia Furey, MD, FACS
Patricia Furey, MD, FACS is American Board certified in vascular surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She received her medical degree from Dartmouth Brown Program and completed her surgical residency at the University of Connecticut. She completed a vascular fellowship at the University of Chicago and an endovascular fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to joining The Surgical Care Group, Dr. Furey was the founder and medical director of the Brigham Faulkner Vein Care Center at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. She specializes in vascular surgery and has a special interest in endovascular surgery, carotid disease, complex venous disease, varicose veins and endovenous ablation. Patrick A. Mahon, MD, FACS

Patrick A. Mahon, MD, FACS, is American board certified in general surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his general and vascular training at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. Subsequent to this, he spent four years in the U.S. Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. He was also on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine and taught vascular surgery at the Oklahoma City Veterans Hospital. Dr. Mahon completed a three month fellowship in endovascular surgery at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. In 1991, Dr. Mahon joined Dr. Clutterbuck and The Surgical Care Group was formed. Currently Dr. Mahon is chairman of the Department of Surgery at Catholic Medical Center. Dr. Mahon specializes in general, vascular and thoracic surgery. Benjamin M. Westbrook, MD, FACS

Benjamin M. Westbrook, MD, FACS, is a graduate of the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his surgical internship at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, CA, followed by surgical residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Westbrook completed his thoracic and cardiovascular training at Boston University Medical Center and The Children’s Hospital, Boston, MA. He then returned to the Mayo Clinic where he was a surgeon in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery until 1989 when he joined the staff at Catholic Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the College of Chest Physicians. He is a member of the New Hampshire Medical Society, the American Medical Association and the International Society of Vascular Surgery.
