Heath Care for the Homeless (HCH) Manchester offers a comprehensive care team to address patients' medical, behavioral and social needs.
Services are offered to patients of any age at the Manchester Recovery and Treatment Center (MRTC). Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are also welcome.
Wilson Street Integrated Health complements the support and treatment offered by our neighbors at the MRTC: Hope for New Hampshire Recovery, The Willows Substance Use Treatment Center, and The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. Clients can find all the services they need in one location to support their recovery and sustain medical and emotional wellness.

- Medication assisted treatment
- Nurse case management
- Health education
- Community resources
- Assistance with food stamps, Medicaid and disability applications
- Dental care and eye care are also available on a limited basis
