Peter T. Klementowicz, MD, FACC, graduated from Harvard College and Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA. He completed his internship, residency and cardiology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where he was Chief Medical Resident. He was an instructor in medicine and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He serves on the Nashua Board of Public Health, is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and was a Governor for the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Klementowicz has additional expertise in pacemakers and is NASPE certified. Dr. Klementowicz is Board certified in cardiovascular disease, adult transtharacic echocardiography and is a board-certified cardiologist and lipidologist. He serves as the Medical Director of the Cholesterol Management Center at the New England Heart and Vascular Institute.
