Yoga can help you increase flexibility, gain physical and mental strength, and improve overall feelings of health, vitality and peace. This gentle yoga series is a slowerpaced class with a focus on stretching postures and gentle flows. You will be guided through a variety of postures, moving between sitting, standing and laying down, using props as needed. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor with ease throughout the class.
