As a new grad, you'll be enrolled in our Nurse Residency Program—a program dedicated to new graduate nurses that incorporates patient centered care, communication, teamwork, evidence based practice, quality improvement and informatics. This innovative program combines hands-on skills practice, simulation, looping experiences with interdisciplinary team members, online and in class room learning. The emphasis of this program is to develop critical thinking skills, forming relationships with peers, and creating a supportive atmosphere for learning and growth.
You'll be a part of our new hire orientation as well that includes a unit based preceptorship, mentorship, core classes, IV and central line classes and a crisis prevention course to name a few!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
- BSN strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse OR Temp RN license pre NCLEX
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
