Why choose outpatient rehab for your therapy services?

Our outpatient rehabilitation team offers the very best in therapeutic expertise, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that can include physical, occupational, speech and massage therapy, as well as case management based on your individual needs. We provide a highly skilled staff and state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment. Our goal is to enable you to return to your highest level of functioning as quickly and safely as possible.

What is the admission process?

Physician referral is necessary for all services except massage and case management. Please contact us at one of our locations to schedule an initial appointment.

How many times a week or how long should I expect to come for therapy?

Our interdisciplinary approach provides individualized treatment programs based upon your specific needs. We strive to ensure cost-effective, positive patient outcomes while working closely with you, your family members, and your referring physician. Your therapist will discuss your plan of care with you at your initial evaluation.

Does insurance cover therapy services?

We accept most insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We can assist with the coordination of benefits with your health plan for our programs.

We have three locations:
