CMC Board of Directors to Host Listening Session on Proposed Transaction with HCA

Community Listening Session

Since announcing last fall that Catholic Medical Center’s (CMC) Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership signed a non-binding letter of intent to explore a potential transaction with HCA Healthcare (HCA), our organizations have been engaging in the due diligence necessary to evaluate a potential agreement for CMC to join HCA. 

As part of the transaction process, the CMC Board of Trustees is hosting a listening session for residents of Manchester and the surrounding areas on:

• Wednesday, May 29 at 5:30 PM
• Manchester Public Health Department—1528 Elm Street, Manchester NH

During this session, more information will be provided on the proposed transaction as well as time for questions and community perspectives.
