Catholic Medical Center (CMC) is honored to announce that our Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation received an Outstanding Achievement Award from the New Hampshire Governor’s Council on Physical Activity and Health. Each year, the Council accepts nominations for Outstanding Achievement awards for those New Hampshire individuals and organizations that are doing great work keeping New Hampshire residents active and healthy. The Council unanimously accepted the nomination of Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation for the award. CMC’s Cardiac Rehabilitation helps patients recover from cardiac events and manage heart disease with a comprehensive, tailored program of exercise and education. Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation is the last and ongoing phase of a three-step approach to recovery and wellness at CMC.
