CMC’s commitment to the community is second to none. Since our humble beginnings, we’ve served those most in need. Today, we continually invest to improve the health of Greater Manchester and all of New Hampshire through new facilities, innovative programs, leading-edge technology and top-notch talent.

In order to meet the community’s needs—now and in the future—CMC is beginning a major expansion of its campus. The new building will be up to 221,000 square feet and will help advance our goal of increasing access to high quality care and expanding our capacity to meet growing patient needs, including:

Increasing capacity for CMC’s New England Heart & Vascular Institute
Improving patient privacy, amenities and safety, by creating private patient rooms
Expanding the Emergency Department
Building additional operating rooms

With a greater number of treatment options than ever before, and an increasingly aging population in NH, the demand for NEHVI expertise and services is at an all time high.

Increased volume

The expansion will allow for more efficient evaluation and treatment and provide a better overall care experience, especially for our geriatric, pediatric and behavioral health patients.

Many of our patients need private rooms because of privacy concerns or the complexity of care they require.

St. Mary’s Bank Pledges $500,000

The St. Mary's Bank Charitable Foundation has made this generous gift to CMC for the Pregnancy Care Center and the Building with Heart campaign. This gift will help ensure families in need receive the highest level of prenatal and postnatal care.

In October 2020, Brady-Sullivan Properties made a significant gift to CMC in support of our new building and the future of Manchester. “It’s important to us because we’re in the business of keeping people in Manchester and bringing new people into the city,” says Arthur Sullivan who notes good hospitals are important to a good community.

Local Entrepreneurs Make

Transformative Gift to CMC

Hoping to make a difference in the community and in health care, local entrepreneurs Grace and Ken Solinsky have made a substantial charitable gift. The $15 million gift will serve as the cornerstone of CMC’s forthcoming capital campaign, which supports construction of a new building on the hospital campus—named the Ken and Grace Solinsky Center, in honor of their historic donation.

CMC Kicks Off Multi-Year Construction Project

CMC officially marked the start of construction on a multi-year project to transform its campus on the West Side of Manchester.

Future of CMC Begins this Summer

CMC Announces Hospital Expansion

Plans include a new building to house state-of-the-art facilities for the New England Heart & Vascular Institute, up to 90 private patient rooms enabling the hospital to operate its full existing 330-bed license, six additional operating suites, and a larger, upgraded Emergency Department. 4/16/19
