State-of-the-Art Orthopedic Procedures and Technology Our physicians use the most advanced medical procedures, and in some cases these procedures were developed by them. If you are a candidate for a hip replacement with the anterior approach, for example, your surgery can be performed through a single incision without detaching your muscles. The result of this less invasive procedure is typically a faster recovery.
Some spine surgeries are also performed minimally invasively with the use of laparoscopy, navigation and the O-arm® Surgical Imaging System. CMC is the
only medical center in New Hampshire with the O-arm system, which provides greater surgical accuracy and precision during delicate procedures.
Dedicated Orthopedic Inpatient Area If you require hospitalization following your orthopedic surgery, Level E-100 at CMC is dedicated to the support of medical-surgical specialties, with a special focus in orthopedics.
Our orthopedic physicians, nurses, therapists and case managers use a multidisciplinary approach to caring for patients and assist in leading the way in innovative care to help you recover quickly and effectively.
