How Your Gift Supports CMC

Your gift is important in helping to sustain important clinical services, patient care, treatment and education.

Generous support from the community helps keep CMC on the cutting edge of technology, enabling us to expand healthcare services to the community, purchase new equipment, attract talented doctors and adopt new treatment protocols.

Your gift will be used to help maintain

the highest level of care in our community by supporting programs and advancements like:

Support the hospitals greatest need
Creation of programming to help expectant mom’s and other patients living with substance abuse disorders
Funding to support patients in need of transportation, medication, and medical equipment assistance
Healthcare programs and centers for underserved members of the community including the Pregnancy Care Center, Poisson Dental Facility, Parish Nurse Program, Medication Assistance Program, Mobile Community Healthcare, Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening and more
Investments in new technologies that enhance the quality of care for patients including the purchase of:
- Surgical equipment
- Radiology equipment which can reduce the amount of radiation a patient is exposed to and increases early detection of disease
- Cardiac monitoring equipment
Purchase new books for the CMC Special Care Nursery Books for Babies Program
Various activity items for children who are patients of the Emergency Department
Support for research in areas such as cardiology, prenatal care and more

We are humbled by the generosity of The Diocese of Manchester for donating $250,000 CMC’s Building With Heart Campaign. This generous gift will help expand access to healthcare services in our community. Since caring for the most vulnerable is a cause dear to both of our organizations, we will be naming the family rooms in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Family Suites “The Diocese of Manchester Family Care Suites.”

The Bernstein Shur law firm made the grade with a generous donation of $25,000 to St. Peter’s Home Child Care Center! St. Peter’s, part of the CMC family, provides a homelike educational environment for over 300 children ages six weeks to six years. This kindhearted donation will provide tuition assistance to 21 families and help supply meals and other basic needs for students. Learn more about:
