CMC Comprehensive Neurological Care

CMC is proud to offer Comprehensive Neurological Care in association with Thomas Perry, MD and Sachin Dave, MD. CMC’s Comprehensive Neurological Care practice offers advanced diagnosis and treatment for neurological conditions that affect the brain, spinal cord and nerves. We work with each patient to improve their quality of life.

• Electromyography (EMG)
Your muscles move when nerve signals from the brain tell them to get to work. Electromyography measures how well your muscles respond to those signals. If the test picks up a problem, you may be diagnosed with what is called a neuromuscular disorder.

• Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS)
Nerve signals are electrical impulses that travel quickly throughout your nervous system. Sometimes, problems with the electrical activity in your nerves can cause pain, tingling, or weakness in your muscles. NCS measures how fast and how strong the electrical activity is in a nerve. The test can tell whether a nerve has been damaged. Learn more about EMG and nerve conduction studies. Learn more about EMG and nerve conduction studies.

• BOTOX® treatment for chronic migraines
   - Botox injections for chronic migraines.
   - Botox injections for muscle spasticity after strokes.
   - Botox injections for Sialorrhea (excessive drooling or salivation).
   - Botox injections for Dystonia (a movement disorder in which a person's muscles contract uncontrollably)

• General Neurology
General neurology is the treatment for neurological disorders, including dementia and cognitive disorders, migraines, MS, seizure disorders, movement disorders and Parkinson’s disease, amongst others.

Patients generally need a referral from their PCP office for consultation on a specific medical condition or symptoms. Once we have received that referral, we will reach out to the patient directly to schedule their visit.

CMC Comprehensive Neurology is located in a convenient location on South Main Street with plenty of parking and a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff.
