Community Health Needs Assessment

CMC has a long-standing commitment to caring for our community. To evaluate the community’s most pressing health needs, we have worked in collaboration with Elliot Health System and the City of Manchester Health Department to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). All not-for-profit hospitals are required by the Affordable Care Act to conduct this assessment every three years. 

The assessment and formal report is in alignment with the federal IRS community benefit reporting requirements that affect all State-licensed 501(C) (3) hospitals.
