Catholic Medical Center (CMC), a member of GraniteOne Health, has appointed two new members to its Board of Trustees.
Catherine A. Provencher, CPA, is Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs and Treasurer for the University System of New Hampshire and serves as the System’s Chief Financial. Timothy M. Riley, MS, CFP®, ChFC is a partner of Harbor Group and is the firm's Chief Executive Officer, Director of Financial Planning and Chief Compliance Officer.
Provencher currently serves on the board of the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from New Hampshire College and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College. She joined the University System in March, 2014 following 27 years with the State of New Hampshire, most recently serving as State Treasurer.
Riley is a specialist in the areas of retirement and estate planning and holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner™ and Chartered Financial Consultant. He earned a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning. He has been an active member in a number of professional organizations, including: The Financial Planning Association, New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, New Hampshire Employee Benefits Council, Delta Dental External Nominating Committee, Children’s Public Health Fund, University of New Hampshire Foundation and many others.

CMC’s 13-member Board includes hospital, business, and community leaders dedicated to furthering the organization’s mission of providing health, healing and hope to every individual who seeks its care. Rotating off the Board after years of dedicated service are Maria Mongan of Manchester; Powen Hsu, MD, of New Era Medicine; and Father Patrick O’Sullivan, O.S.B. of St. Anselm College.
