Catholic Medical Center joins Derry Medical Center, bringing building to full occupancy
(Via Colliers International/Manchester, January 20, 2017) – Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, recently leased 11,000± square feet at 160 South River Road in Bedford, New Hampshire. Bob Rohrer and Doug Martin of Colliers International’s Manchester office represented the Lessor, CREG 160 South River Road LLC, a subsidiary of RJ Finlay & Co. Rohrer also assisted the Lessee, Catholic Medical Center (“CMC”) in this transaction.
Catholic Medical Center, the premier health services provider in southern New Hampshire has entered into a long term lease agreement at 160 South River Road. Current plans call for the opening of a vein clinic and providing office space to several medical and surgical specialty groups. CMC’s uses will mesh well with Derry Medical Center’s (“DMC”) plans for primary care offices and related services. DMC signed a long term lease toward the end of 2016. “We are excited to be part of the transformation of 160 South River Road to one of Bedford’s premiere medical office centers. We believe our patients, as well as those of Derry Medical and Bedford Women’s Care, will be enhanced by having such a wide range of medical services located in one place,” said Dr. Joseph Pepe, President & CEO of CMC. Bedford Women’s Care is also a tenant at 160 South River Road.
As part of the new lease agreements with CMC and DMC, RJ Finlay & Co. is planning significant improvements to the property, which will contribute to making 160 South River Road a premier Medical Office Center.
According to Dr. Pepe, CMC chose the location because, “it is well located in Bedford and is close to the highways and the hospital, making it a convenient location for our patients. We are excited to be bringing new services to the community.”
