Catholic Medical Center is pleased to announce several recent strategic hires and promotions signaling the organization’s current and future growth.

Former Vice President of Operations & Chief Quality Officer, Tina Legere, has returned to CMC as Senior Vice President of Operations. Legere comes from Central Maine Medical Center where she was CEO and had previously filled that same role at Parkland Medical Center in Derry. In this new role, Legere will oversee many of CMC’s day to day operations.

Alex Walker is taking on a new title as well, being named CMC’s Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. As such, Walker will continue guide CMC’s operations and strategy. For the last five years, he has been an instrumental part of CMC’s strategic development, operations, legal, regulatory, and government affairs.

“CMC has experienced tremendous growth in recent years,” said CMC President & CEO Dr. Joseph Pepe. “Tina’s addition to the team and Alex’s new role positions us for many new and exciting opportunities to serve our patients and the greater Manchester community.”

CMC has also named Manchester attorney Jason Cole General Counsel. Cole was a partner at Devine Millimet and Branch, where he specialized in non-profit governance and transactions. He helped to guide the formation of GraniteOne Health, CMC’s affiliation with Huggins Hospital and Monadnock Community Hospital.

Finally, CMC’s Director of Corporate Compliance, Jessica Arvanitis, has been promoted to Executive Director for Corporate Compliance & Deputy General Counsel. Arvanitis has been with CMC since 2011, fostering growth in CMC’s Corporate Compliance Department.
