Catholic Medical Center President and CEO Dr. Joseph Pepe is proud to announce the appointment of Thomas Della Flora as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the hospital.  Della Flora comes to New Hampshire following an impressive career in his native state of Ohio, where he has served as a leader of IT development for hospitals and healthcare systems in the Midwest.

“Technology is a critical tool and provides a foundational support for quality and efficient healthcare,” says Pepe. “Electronic health information is central to improving the delivery of care at a lower cost.  Tom will help us achieve those goals, while managing the challenges of day-to-day operations.”

Della Flora has extensive experience in healthcare related information technology.  He served as an executive consultant as well as Vice President of ProMedica Health System in Toledo, Ohio, before coming to Catholic Medical Center.  His responsibilities have included budget and project planning, information technology development and purchases, web development, strategic planning, marketing services and business expansion planning. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Della Flora also spent part of his career as manager of information systems for Toledo Hospital.
