New Members Offer Business, Medical and Legal Expertise to Hospital Leadership
Catholic Medical Center proudly announces the addition of four new members to its 2015 Board of Directors. The appointments made on January 28 include:
Harry E. Dumay, Ph.D, Vice President of Finance and CFO of Saint Anselm College
Louis I. Fink, MD, Medical Director of New England Heart & Vascular Institute
Matthew Kfoury, President and CEO of Central Paper Products
Paul S. Moore, Esq., Co-founder and President of MooreMart
“These are proven leaders in their respective fields, and bring a wealth of experience and intellect from finance, medicine, non-profit work and private business,” explains Rick Botnick, Chair of the Board of Directors for CMC. “I appreciate their willingness to serve the community in this unique and important way, and I will seek their guidance as we strive to meet our medical mission for greater Manchester.”
Harry E. Dumay
Dr. Dumay is Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Saint Anselm College. Prior to coming to Saint Anselm, Dr. Dumay was Chief Financial Officer, Associate Dean for Finance and Information Technology at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Dr. Dumay has also held senior leadership positions in finance and administration at Boston College and Boston University. Dr. Dumay has consulted on projects related to international higher education and economic development.
Dr. Louis I. Fink
Dr. Fink is the Medical Director of the New England Heart and Vascular Institute. He has served as President of the American Heart Association’s northern New England affiliates, and Past President of the medical staff of Catholic Medical Center. Dr. Fink has previously served on the Board of Directors of Catholic Medical Center as well as board and medical staff subcommittees. He is presently an American College of Cardiology Governor for New Hampshire. Dr. Fink is Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.
Matthew Kfoury
Mr. Kfoury is President & CEO of Central Paper Products. He is a Trinity High School graduate, received his undergraduate degree at UNH, and a Master’s Degree from Suffolk University. Active in the community, Kfoury has served on various non-profit boards including the Manchester Historic Association, Neighborworks, Moore Center and the NH Employment Advisory Council. Central Paper Products sells various restaurant supplies, party goods, janitorial supplies, and is a critical support company for businesses for many years.
Paul S. Moore, Esq.
Attorney Moore has left his mark on New Hampshire in a unique and generous way. He is the co-founder and President of MooreMart, a non-profit organization whose mission involves shipping care packages to members of the armed services serving in the Middle East. Moore has served as President of the New England Handicapped Sports Association. Closely tied to our state’s Veterans, Moore is a member of the American Legion, VFW, DAV and has been recognized locally and nationally for his charitable work with children, the disabled, veterans as well as his support of families in need.
The quartet fills two vacancies on the board and fills positions that are created by the retirement of two dedicated members: Joseph Graham, Immediate Past Chair, iHeartmedia; Monsignor John P Quinn, Saint Elizabeth Seton Parish.
