  • COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND WELLNESS Hosts a year-round curriculum of community-based educational programs. A wide variety of health-related topics are included, providing knowledge from experts in their fields, including CMC's own medical and professional staff.
  • BREAST AND CERVICAL CANCER PROGRAM The "Let No Woman be Overlooked Breast and Cervical Cancer Program" provides free breast and cervical screenings to low income women with no health insurance or those with a high deductible.

  • MEDS FOR MANCHESTER Are you eligible for free medications? Pharmaceutical companies will provide free medications to eligible individuals of all ages. Meds for Manchester will assist you with the often confusing application process.

  • MOBILE COMMUNITY HEALTH TEAM FOR THE HOMELESS Dedicated to providing a support system and safety network for homeless individuals.

  • NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING ASSISTANCE Natural Family Planning and Fertility Health Education Services provides programs encouraging women and couples to use natural methods and bio markers to achieve pregnancy, avoid pregnancy or to evaluate reproductive givers.
      
     
  • PARISH NURSE PROGRAM A parish nurse is a registered nurse who, as a member of a ministerial team in a congregation, provides holistic nursing services to members of the community. Parish nurses promote wellness by addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the members they serve.

  • POISSON DENTAL FACILITY This dental clinic works exclusively with clients from within a referral alliance of seven community organizations serving those most in need. A team of dentists and hygienists provide preventative care and dental treatment to over 3,500 clients each year.

  • PREGNANCY CARE CENTER Provides comprehensive, supportive prenatal care to all women and their families regardless of their ability to pay.

  • REFUGEE HEALTH SERVICES CMC and the International Institute of New Hampshire offer the services of a health clinic for newly resettling refugees. The clinic was established to provide the initial health assessment, interventions, and a follow up by a family practice physician during the resettlement process. div> >
