Forget what you've heard about giving birth, having a baby at The Mom's Place is different. Our birthing unit in unlike any other! Our rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, but it's much more than just a pretty place. Our nurses, midwives and doctors are dedicated to making your birth experience the most positive one possible. We truly are a family-centered birthing unit - there are real beds to sleep on, each room has a refrigerator stocked with snacks and a microwave oven for making late-night popcorn. Meals for partners are included and each room has a large whirlpool tub for mom. Our bathrooms even have built-in hairdryers so you don't have to pack one from home! Each room has a television with a DVD or VCR so you can watch movies or play one for an older sibling who is visiting.
