Through their multiple sites and state-of-the-art facilities, our rehabilitation programs are focused on helping people get back on their feet and regain their independence.

Catholic Medical Center offers continuity of care from acute hospitalization or inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient services and a community re-entry program. The rehabilitation programs have nearly 100 specialists working at a number of convenient locations to meet the physical, as well as emotional needs of patients during difficult times. The clinical approach is interdisciplinary. The philosophy is to integrate family members, physician, insurer and the employer into a coordinated effort toward a positive outcome in the patient's treatment.
