What is the admission process?
Physician referral is necessary for all services except massage, Reiki, and case management. Please contact us at 641-6700 to schedule an initial appointment.
Does insurance cover therapy services?
We accept most insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
We can assist with the coordination of benefits with your health plan for our programs.
What are your location and hours?
We are located at 769 South Main Street, Manchester inside Dartmouth Commons office complex. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm to meet your rehab needs. If transportation is a problem, the CMC shuttle is available within the greater Manchester area.
How many times a week or how long should I expect to come to therapy?
Our interdisciplinary approach provides individualized treatment programs based upon each patient’s needs. We strive to ensure cost-effective, positive patient outcomes while working closely with patients, their family members, and their referring physician. Your therapist will discuss your plan of care with you at your initial evaluation.
