Prime Time is a resource center for healthy living, designed specifically for people over 50. Aging well is a learning process and Prime Time offers education about every aspect of health - body, mind, finances, social life, spirit and work.

Enrollment
When you enroll in this free program, you will join 12,000 other older adults who want to live life after 50 to the fullest.

You will receive a wealth of benefits including:

• A newsletter highlighting health information, upcoming activities and events at Prime Time and in the community.
• A geriatric nurse practitioner to acts as your personal health partner. She listens to you, provides health monitoring and helps you find answers to your health questions.
• Educational seminars and classes providing physical, emotional, financial and spiritual wellness.
• Low or no cost health screenings for blood pressure, cancer, cholesterol, osteoporosis, cardiac risk, vision, hearing, nutrition, etc.
• Exercise and fitness programs
• Extensive Library with books, magazines and pamphlets on topics such as health, caregiving and exercise.
• Assistance with advanced directives, income tax preparation, and health insurance claims and benefits.
• Information and referral assistance from ServiceLink Resource Center for your questions about services in the community – for you or for someone you care for.
• Meds for Manchester to help you get free or lowest cost prescription medications.
• A place to meet old friends and make new ones.
