The President’s Society is comprised of donors who make a gift of $1,000-$4,999 in a calendar year. The funds are raised in support of an important community cause as identified by the President and CEO of Catholic Medical Center.  

Funds raised through the 2009 President’s Society campaign will benefit the purchase of training equipment and expansion of The Mom’s Place at Catholic Medical Center.

 

Catholic Medical Center is committed to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. In the coming year, CMC will be expanding The Mom's Place to add 12 new beds and a Level II Specialty Care Nursery. The Level II Nursery will be constructed to meet the needs of babies born beginning at 32 weeks gestational age.

 

Additionally, a portion of the funds raised through the President’s Society campaign will be used to provide expanded, hands-on training capabilities to the medical staff at The Mom's Place. Through the purchase of “Noelle”, an interactive female mannequin with birthing capabilities, the staff will be able to experience different patient scenarios in a classroom setting.

Members of the President’s Society will be recognized in the Catholic Medical Center annual donor listing and invited to two private lectures given by physicians and an annual reception held in early fall.
