First impressions are critical.  For a hospital, one of its first impressions is the physical entrance to the building.  Four years ago, Catholic Medical Center’s main entrance developed into a bright, cheerful and welcoming area.  Today, patients, family, visitors and employees have another entrance into the hospital.  In early March, the sky bridge connecting the parking garage and Notre Dame Pavilion to CMC opened. 

 

While these doors and the sky bridge serve as a physical entrance to our hospital, the real entrance point occurs when we meet and greet each patient, family, visitor or fellow employee.  Our “entrance” is a combination of strong customer service and a culture built on relationships backed by the professional strength of our staff’s credentials, certifications and education.  Our hospital is like an entrance to the city of Manchester and the state of New Hampshire.  Together we are a reflection of quality, culture and community. 

 

Healthcare is our passion and caring for others is our mission.  Through vision, cooperation and investing time and resources into each other we build a strong entrance to our hospital.  

 

At Catholic Medical Center we are fortunate to have a vibrant and compassionate nursing staff dedicated to providing quality health care throughout the hospital.  During May, CMC will celebrate Nurses’ Week acknowledging the skill and compassion of the nurses who continue to live the mission of providing health, healing and hope to all we serve.
