The Community Benefits Report is an opportunity for Catholic Medical Center to share with the community our role in fulfilling the mission of providing health, healing and hope to all. This report identifies health care needs of the Greater Manchester community, and the development of a plan to focus on those health issues that Catholic Medical Center has prioritized. The Community Benefits Report also provides an opportunity for Catholic Medical Center to demonstrate outcomes that have resulted from the initiatives and activities undertaken in addressing these issues.
