During your stay, you will be cared for by a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Your physician and a member of our nursing staff will oversee your care throughout your visit, and ensure that you and your family are kept informed and comfortable. The other nurses, technologists, clinical specialists and support staff share your primary caregiver’s commitment to your comfort and health. Should you have any questions regarding your care, you are encouraged to ask them.
Upon admittance registration, each patient is provided a packet of materials including a patient’s guide which outlines the patient’s rights and responsibilities, a brief description of CMC’s services and information about pastoral care we make available to every patient. Additional information on medication distribution, treatment decisions and advance care directives is also provided.
Admissions is located off of the main lobby at the entrance to Catholic Medical Center.
