Sally Al-Abdulla, MD Sally Al-Abdulla, MD is Board certified in family medicine and is a Fellow of the American Association of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree from St. Christopher’s College of Medicine, Luton, England, and completed her residency at Clinton Memorial Hospital through the University of Cincinnati family practice residency program in Wilmington, Ohio. Dr. Al-Abdulla enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has special interest in pediatric medicine.
Alexis-Ann Bundschuh Headshot Tracey Bottazzi, APRN, MSN, is Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her bachelor of science degree and master of science degree in nursing from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. Tracey’s clinical training includes family medicine, pediatrics, women’s care and management of acute and stable chronic illnesses for a diverse population. Tracey enjoys caring for patients of all ages with particular interest in adolescent and women’s health
