Paula Leonard-Schwartz, MD, FAAFP, is Board certified in family medicine. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Leonard-Schwartz has been practicing in the community since 1981. |

Brian Claussen, MD, is Board certified in family medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut and completed his residency at the Harrisburg Family Practice Residency Program, Harrisburg, PA. He received his bachelor of science degree from Trinity College. Dr. Claussen serves on the medical staff of the Manchester Monarchs AHL Hockey team and Manchester Wolves AF2 Football team. Dr. Claussen has been practicing medicine in Manchester since 1999. |

Polina Sayess, MD, earned her medical degree from Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy, Ukraine. She completed her residency at the Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. She enjoys working with patients of all ages with a particular emphasis in pediatrics and women’s health. |

Holly Pelletier, PA-C is a Board-certified physician assistant licensed in New Hampshire. She received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont and her master of physician assistant studies from Notre Dame College. Holly enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Her focus at Family Physicians of Manchester will be acute care.
