Brian Claussen, MD is Board certified in family medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut and completed his residency at the Harrisburg Family Practice Residency Program, Harrisburg, PA. He received his bachelor of science degree from Trinity College. Dr. Claussen serves on the medical staff of the Manchester Monarchs AHL Hockey team and Manchester Wolves AF2 Football team. Dr. Claussen has been practicing medicine in Manchester since 1999. |

Polina Sayess, MD earned her medical degree from Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy, Ukraine. She completed her residency at the Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. She enjoys working with patients of all ages with a particular emphasis in pediatrics and women’s health. |

Holly Pelletier, PA-C is a Board-certified physician assistant licensed in New Hampshire. She received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont and her master of physician assistant studies from Notre Dame College. Holly enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Her focus at Family Physicians of Manchester will be acute care.

Karen Yumul, MD is Board certified in family medicine. She received her bachelor of science in Public Health and her medical degree at the University of the Philippines, College of Public Health of Malate, Manila. She completed her residency at University of Pittsburg Medical Center’s Shadyside Family Medicine, Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Yumul cares for both pediatric and adult population, managing both acute and chronic conditions. She is passionate about the importance of preventative medicine, health education and has special interests in women’s health. Dr. Yumul is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
