Paula Leonard-Schwartz, MD, FAAFP, is board certified in Family Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Leonard-Schwartz has been practicing in the community since 1981. |

Brian Claussen, MD, is board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut and completed his residency at the Harrisburg Family Practice Residency Program, Harrisburg, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College. Dr. Claussen serves on the medical staff of the Manchester Monarchs AHL Hockey team and Manchester Wolves AF2 Football team. Dr. Claussen has been practicing medicine in Manchester since 1999. |

Kevin Costin, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He completed the Physician’s Assistant Program at Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Kevin also serves on the medical staff of the Manchester Monarchs AHL Hockey team and Manchester Wolves AF2 Football team. He has been practicing in New Hampshire since 1974.
As a Physician Assistant, Kevin is a licensed health professional educated to use the same medical procedures as his physician counterparts. He takes medical histories, performs physical examinations, diagnoses and treats illnesses, orders and interprets laboratory tests, performs minor surgery and prescribes medication. |
