Financing plans are now available for vision correction surgery. These plans are similar to a revolving charge card and are offered through outside financing companies. Applications for financing your surgery are available through
www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com, or by contacting us. Once you submit your application, approval can usually be received within ten minutes. The financing terms appear to be competitive with other well-known financial institutions. Please be aware that surgical fees must be paid in full before surgery can proceed. If you have any questions concerning financial matters relating to laser vision correction, please contact us or visit
www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com.
Health care reimbursement accounts, which are available through many employers, can also be utilized for this surgery. Contact your Human Resources Department for more information.
