The staff at the Diabetes Resource Institute is available to assist you in your overall diabetes management. Your primary care physician, OB/GYN, or endocrinologist must refer you to the program. You can call to request a referral be sent to your provider's practice. Once we receive the completed referral from your provider, let us take care of the rest. We’ll do our best to make your diagnosis less of a burden.

The Diabetes Resource Institute is conveniently located at Catholic Medical Center in the Cholesterol Management Center at the back of the New England Heart Institute on Level B.

Individual appointments with the educators are available at varied times. You may discuss a specific day or time with our Office Coordinator by calling 603.663.6431, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM or on Fridays from 8 AM to 2 PM.
