South of Manchester (via Everett Turnpike)
Follow the Everett Turnpike to the toll booth.
After the toll booth take the second exit on the RIGHT to WEST 101. Take the first exit (KILTON ROAD) to Route 3. At the third light turn RIGHT onto South River Road. Follow South River Road through two more sets of lights. 168 South River Road is a brick building on the right.

From I-93 North
Take I-93 north to I-293/Route 101 West (bear LEFT at fork on to I-293) and follow 293 for 3.5 miles. You will go over the Merrimack River. Stay in the middle lane toward Route 101 Bedford and take second exit (KILTON ROAD) to Route 3. At the third light turn RIGHT onto South River Road. . Follow South River Road through two more sets of lights. 168 South River Road is a brick building on the right.

Route 101 West to Route 3
Travel on Route 101 West towards Route 3 after you go over the Merrimack River. Stay in the middle lane toward Route 101 Bedford and take second exit (KILTON ROAD) to Route 3. At the third light turn RIGHT onto South River Road. Follow South River Road through two more sets of lights. 168 South River Road is a brick building on the right.

Route 101 East to Route 3
Travel on Route 101 East to Bedford at the junction of Route 114 and Route 101 bear RIGHT at the junction then take a RIGHT at the Route 3 exit. At the end of the exit turn LEFT onto Meetinghouse Road. At the traffic light turn RIGHT onto South River Road. 168 South River Road is a brick building on the right.
