We feature education services centered on human fertility. The primary service of the program is to teach women how to recognize the language of fertility. Through the self-monitoring of the biological signs of fertility, a woman can identify when she enters and leaves her window of fertility. Knowing how to identify the time of fertility enables couples to achieve or avoid pregnancy without chemicals or devices of any kind. All follow-up instruction is done on a private basis.

This approach to managing fertility has many benefits:
  • Understanding fertility
  • Safe and healthy
  • Increase couple communication
  • Increased couple intimacy
  • Highly effective when used to achieve or avoid pregnancy
  • Fits with moral, ethical and spiritual beliefs
  • Easy to use
  • Cost effective
  • Better self-advocacy for health care
  • Three models of natural fertility management are currently available at Catholic Medical Center: Fertility Care™ featuring NaProTechnology, Marquette Model featuring the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor, and the Standard Days Method™.

Additional Program Services Include:

Married and Loving It! – a five week interactive skill and marriage enhancement program.

WAIT (Why Am I Tempted) Training – High school program for juniors and seniors on sexual abstinence in preparation for marriage.

Becoming a Young Woman – Mother/daughter event to introduce girls to the onset of young womanhood.
