Catholic Medical Center has a deeply rooted history of providing care to those most in need. It is part of our heritage, a part of what we do. Catholic Medical Center reaches out to the community through programs and services that offer assessment, education, follow-up, referral and resources to assist each person with access to health information and care. We are a dedicated department of Community Health Services; we reach out to those most in need through several of our services such as the Parish Nurse Program, Poisson Dental Facility, Health Care for the Homeless, Refugee Health Services, Prime Time and many others.
