These programs offer a range of high-quality, specialized services emphasizing support to both patient and family, while ensuring a high level of confidentiality and privacy. David R. Bulmer, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Bulmer is a graduate of Edinburgh University Medical School in Scotland. He has extensive experience in academic and clinical psychiatry, in the UK and the US. He has been CMC’s Section Chief of Psychiatry since 1992. Dr. Bulmer has specialty certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Britain and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He specializes in general adult psychiatry, including pharmacologic treatments for anxiety disorders and mood disorders.

Elena Luchanok, MD Dr. Luchanok earned her medical degree from Vitebsk State University, Vitebsk, Belarus. After serving four years as attending physician, she moved to the US, completing her residency in Psychiatry and serving as Chief Resident at St Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri. Fluent in Russian, Belorussian and Polish, Dr. Luchanok specializes in general adult psychiatry, with special interest in depression and bipolar disorder. |

Gary Rainey, LICSW Gary earned his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. He has extensive experience working with adults, couples and families. Gary specializes in cognitive behavioral therapies to treat anxiety, phobias, mood disorders, couples issues, and stress related difficulties. |
